Speedbattles offers a rewriting of the Battle, now associated with hip-hop: dance contests, but also poetry tournaments, wrestling and duels, any competition stages a fight. Combining forms like dance, music, stage and motion design; embracing the codes of sport to offer an alternative to the classic show format.
The opposing teams are different each time, set design and motion design are recreated in situ. Ballet, Hip-hop, contemporary or traditional dance: every dancer chooses his weapon for the battle.
